Instead of applying the Sirtuin diet for life, you can apply it for a 21-day period. The founders of the diet divided it into 2 stages. The first phase of the diet lasts 7 days. As we mentioned above, you have the right to consume 1000 calories per day. You also need to drink special sirtfood green juice 3 times a day.

During these 3 days, you should only eat 1 meal a day. But of course, juice is not included from the number of meals. We are talking about 1 main meal apart from juice.
