2 tablespoons of lemon juice (About ½ lemon)
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup (Not sugar syrup flavored with maple)
Red pepper with the tip of the teaspoon (More if you like the spicy taste)
Water at medium temperature (Springwater)

Mix the lemon juice, maple syrup, and red pepper in a bowl of approximately 280 grams.
Then fill the bowl with medium-temperature water.
Use only fresh lemon. Never canned lemon juice or frozen lemon juice. If possible, use organic lemons.
