  • 1 3/4 cups of white rice flour
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. almond extract
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup of organic sugar
  • 2 tbsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 cup of water

Instructions

  1. Start making the pizzelle dough by bringing a deep mixing bowl. Pour 3/4 cup of organic sugar into the bowl.
  2. Add 1/4 cup of olive oil to it.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract and mix well after adding almond extract. Mix for 30-40 seconds to ensure all ingredients are well mixed.
  4. To continue preparation, add 1 3/4 cups of white rice flour and baking powder to the mixture.
  5. Mix well for the last time.
  6. At the end of the mixing process, you will get a thick dough that is not very runny.
  7. Now, start preheating your waffle maker or pizzelle iron. Then grease it.
  8. Take a tablespoon of thick dough, roll it and put it in the middle of the pizzelle iron.
