Olive oil (2.5 fl oz)

Recipe – 20min prep / 40min baking time

Step 1

Peel the pumpkin and onion.

Chop into thin slices.

Take it in a deep bowl.

Then mix with spices, salt, and half a tbsp of olive oil.

Step 2.

Arrange the pumpkins mixed with oil and spices on a parchment-lined tray so that they do not overlap.

Put the onions on top.

Bake in a preheated 390°F oven until become golden brown.

Tip: 20 minutes will be enough for the pumpkins and onions to brown in the oven. However, be sure to bake in a controlled manner as this time may vary depending on the oven.

Step 3.

Let the baked pumpkins cool.

Set aside 8 basil leaves for topping.

Finely chop the remaining basil leaves.

Sprinkle salt on top.

Add olive oil to not exceed the basil leaves and mix in the blender.

Step 4.

Prepare another baking tray.

Grease with a little olive oil.

Spread the pizza dough on the baking tray.

Drizzle basil oil on top.

Bake at 355°F, until golden brown.

Recommendation: The dough will take 20 minutes to bake, just like onions and pumpkin. But bake with control manner.

Step 5.

Roast the pepper in the smallest chamber of the stove.

Peel the roasted peppers and cut them into small cubes.

Mix the spreadable cheese with pepper, garlic powder, and finely chopped dill.

After the dough comes out of the oven, let them cool down a little.

Spread the cheese mixture onto the pizza dough.

Then arrange the pumpkins

Cover the dough completely with the pumpkins.

Sprinkle the baked onions on top.

Step 6.

Finally, bring a small pan.

Put some olive oil in it and fry the basil leaves (that you set aside in beginning) for a very short time.

8 or 10 seconds will be enough.

Put the fried basil leaves on the pizza.

Finally, sprinkle sesame seeds on top, then slice.

Pumpkin pizza recipe – Side dish recommendation

Well, you might be thinking what can I serve with this pizza. Of course, everyone’s favorite among vegetables is potatoes!

Bring a deep mixing bowl right away while your oven is ready and not completely cold yet.

Wash the 3 medium potatoes well, then peel them.

Chop them into thick slices.

Mix with 1 tbsp olive oil and all the spices you love.

Paprika, dried mint, salt, black pepper, paprika, thyme… These are the best accompaniments.

Then lay a baking sheet on the baking tray and bake the potatoes for about 30 minutes.

If you want, you can bake the potatoes without peeling them. But make sure you wash and clean them very well.

Another way to make sure that they are thoroughly cleaned is to soak them for a while in plenty of water with vinegar and wash them again with clean water.
