Pizza dough (500g)
Pumpkin (1.6 pounds, in shell)
Fresh pepper (1, red)
Yellow onion (1 medium)
Fresh basil (15-20 leaves)
Dill (3 sprigs)
Feta cheese (7 oz, spreadable)
Sesame (1 tsp)
Turmeric (1 tsp)
Garlic powder (1 tsp)
Cumin (1 tsp)
Olive oil (2.5 fl oz)
Recipe – 20min prep / 40min baking time
Peel the pumpkin and onion.
Chop into thin slices.
Take it in a deep bowl.
Then mix with spices, salt, and half a tbsp of olive oil.
Arrange the pumpkins mixed with oil and spices on a parchment-lined tray so that they do not overlap.
Put the onions on top.
Bake in a preheated 390°F oven until become golden brown.
Tip: 20 minutes will be enough for the pumpkins and onions to brown in the oven. However, be sure to bake in a controlled manner as this time may vary depending on the oven.
Let the baked pumpkins cool.
Set aside 8 basil leaves for topping.
Finely chop the remaining basil leaves.
Sprinkle salt on top.
