  • Tortilla (1, large-size)
  • Tortilla (1, small-size)
  • Oyster mushrooms (2 mushrooms, king size)
  • Vegan mayonnaise (2 tbsp)
  • Paprika (0.5 tsp)
  • Hot sauce (2 tbsp)
  • Olive oil / Sunflower oil (2 tbsp)
  • Garlic (1 large clove)
  • Sweet corn (0.3 cup)
  • Lettuce (2 leaves)
  • Tomato (3 cherries)

Ingredients for Ranch Sauce

  • Lemon juice (1 tbsp)
  • Parsley (2 tbsp, chopped)
  • Onion powder (1 tsp)
  • Yogurt (Vegan, 0.5 cup)
  • Oregano (1.5 tsp)
  • Garlic (Fresh or powder, 1 tsp)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Step 1.

Wipe the mushrooms well with a damp cloth.
Then scrape and chop with a fork.

Step 2.

Now get a pan.
Then preheat it.
Put 2 tbsp oil in it.
Start frying the mushrooms until golden brown.
Bring a large mixing bowl and put the fried mushrooms in it.
Pour 2 tbsp hot sauce on it and mix well.
Now pour vegan mayo on hot mushrooms.
Add garlic, paprika, and a pinch of salt.
Then mix well once more.

Step 3.

Now you can start making ranch sauce.
Start by bringing a medium mixing bowl.
Take 0.5 cup of vegan yogurt in it.
Whisk once.
Then add garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, lemon juice, finely chopped parsley, and oregano.
Mix it well.
And get your ranch dip ready.

Step 4.

A flat floor or cutting boards are good grounds for preparing wraps.
Now put the large tortilla on that kind of flat surface.
Pour 2-3 tbsp of ranch sauce on it.
Then place the fried mushrooms on the ranch sauce circle.
Sprinkle the corn on it.
Finely chop the lettuce and cherry tomatoes.
Then sprinkle them too.

Step 5.

Now place the small size tortilla on the center part of the tortilla filled with ingredients.
Fold the empty parts of the large tortilla over the small tortilla.
Obtain a round shape wrap.
Then toast the wrap on both sides until brown.
Cut your wrap in half and share half with someone else if you wish and enjoy!


  • Shred mushrooms with a fork. That way, they’ll look like shredded chickens when cooked. You will realize how it is too easy to shred these kinds of mushrooms with a fork.
  • Pour the Ranch sauce right in the center of the tortilla and distribute it lightly to form a medium circle.
  • If you want, top with ranch for the last time, to increase flavor.
