  • Onion powder (1 tsp)
  • Yogurt (Vegan, 0.5 cup)
  • Oregano (1.5 tsp)
  • Garlic (Fresh or powder, 1 tsp)

  1. Clean the mushrooms thoroughly with a damp cloth.
  2. Use a fork to scrape and chop them.
  3. Heat a pan and add 2 tablespoons of oil.
  4. Sauté the mushrooms until they are golden brown.
  5. Transfer the sautéed mushrooms to a large mixing bowl.
  6. Drizzle 2 teaspoons of hot sauce over the mushrooms.
  7. Add vegan mayo, garlic, paprika, and a pinch of salt to the warm mushrooms and stir well.
  8. For the ranch sauce, in a medium mixing bowl, add half a cup of vegan yogurt and give it a quick whisk.
  9. Incorporate garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, lemon juice, finely chopped parsley, and oregano. Mix thoroughly.
  10. Your ranch dip is now ready.
  11. Use a cutting board to assemble the wraps.
  12. Lay a large tortilla flat on the surface.
  13. Spread 2-3 teaspoons of ranch sauce over the tortilla.
  14. Arrange the sautéed mushrooms on top of the ranch sauce.
  15. Add corn over the mushrooms.
  16. Sprinkle finely chopped lettuce and cherry tomatoes over the top.
  17. Place a small tortilla with the ingredients in the center of the large tortilla.
  18. Fold the edges of the large tortilla over the small one to form a round-shaped wrap.
  19. Grill the wrap on both sides until it turns brown.
  20. Slice the wrap in half and share it if desired. Enjoy!

  • Shred the mushrooms using a fork. This method will make them look similar to shredded chicken once cooked, and you'll be pleasantly surprised at how easily these mushrooms can be shredded with a fork.
  • Pour the Ranch sauce directly into the center of the tortilla, then gently spread it out to create a medium-sized circle.
  • If you like, add an extra dollop of Ranch sauce on top as a final touch to boost the flavor.

Other Recommendations and Tips

Before folding the tortilla, you can go to the changes and additions you want in the filling.

For example, you can add some ketchup if you wish, or you can put sliced pickles.

If there is an ingredient in the recipe that you do not like, cut it in the ingredients list. For example, not everyone has to be a sweetcorn fan.

If you wish, make more ranch sauce so that it can be used as a dip. You can also store the ranch sauce for a few days in a storage container. Just make sure it’s in the fridge.

If the filling seems too much for you, you can also make 2 separate wraps with the same amount of ingredients.
