Keto-Friendly Calzone Recipe
Almond flour (2 cups)
Egg (1 large-size)
Cheddar cheese (2 cups and grated)
Cream cheese (2 tablespoons)

Ricotta cheese (2 tablespoons)

Take a microwave-safe bowl, put the grated cheddar cheese in it and heat it in the microwave for 1 minute.
Put the completely melted cheese in a large glass bowl, add the cream cheese and mix.
Add the egg to the mixture. Mix some more.
You may think that this mixing process is not exactly what you want. Melting cheese may seem like it doesn’t quite match the other ingredients. Doesn’t matter. Even if you mix it lightly, this will be enough for now.
Pour almond flour over this mixture. Now you will be able to mix the mixture well. You can use a spoon or fork, or if you’re more comfortable, you can mix it by hand.
Tip 1: We recommend using your hands. Because this mixture will turn into a dough and will need you to knead at that stage.
Knead this mixture, which has become a dough, and after it gives a round shape, expand it a little with a rolling pin
Tip 2: If you wish, put parchment paper on the top and bottom of the dough so that it does not stick to the counter. Thus, you can work more comfortably with a rolling pin.
Expand the dough with the rolling pin. Remove the parchment paper on it. Let the bottom one stay where it is for a while. Lay the hams lengthwise in the middle of the dough. Put ricotta cheese on the hams. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top.
Tip 3: If you have spices that you like in harmony with this filling, you can sprinkle them on the top at this step. This step is completely optional, but at least a little garlic powder can really make this dish taste better.
Now cover one side of the dough over the filling and secure it by pressing lightly. This is a kind of roll-making process. We will create a half-moon shape.
If there is excess dough on the open side, cut it off and press the other side by folding it (Try to make the shape in the image).
If you have an extra egg, separate the yolk from the whites and whisk the yolk in a small bowl.
Then apply it to the top of the dough with the help of a brush. This is good for giving it a nice color during cooking, but it is not a must for the recipe.
Start preheating the oven to 180 degrees. While waiting for it to heat up, poke deep holes in the dough with a knife.

Italian Sausage Soup Recipe
Spicy Italian sausage (1 lb)
Spinach (2 cups)
Chicken stock (4 cups)
Heavy cream (1 cup)
Cauliflower (1 medium-size)
Grated cheddar cheese (1 cup)
Onion (Half, minced)
Garlic (1 tablespoon, minced)
Water (1.5 cups)

1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
Cut the cauliflower in half, we will use half. Cut the half cauliflower into two equal parts.
Separate one half into florets and keep them in a bowl.
Put the other half of them into the food processor and mix until it is the size of rice.
Then bring a medium saucepan. Preheat for about 1 minute and put the sausages in it.
When it starts to turn brown, add Italian seasoning, pepper and salt.
Mix and cook some more.
Then add the cauliflower, which you have brought into a thin form in the food processor, into the sausages. Add the onion and add the cauliflower that you cut for the florets.
Cook for a while, stirring. Then add chicken stock and water. Cook for about 45 minutes until the cauliflower is tender. Try to cook in a controlled manner.
Tip: Start cooking on high heat and with the lid of the pot closed. When the meal start to boil, turn the fire down and let is simmer.
If by the end of the time the cauliflowers are not tendered and have absorbed all the water, add a little more water and continue boiling.
As the last step, blend the heavy cream in the food processor.
Pour into the soup and mix.
Then add the grated cheese to the soup and stir until the cheese melts.
