Mediterranean Couscous Salad – How to Cook Couscous

Cooking couscous can be challenging sometimes because it tends to stick together easily. For that reason, the best and zero-risk way to cook couscous is to boil them for 10 minutes in plenty of hot water.

However, you can also prepare them similar to rice. For 1 cup of couscous, add 1 cup of water and cook them over low heat until all the water is absorbed. To achieve the best results be cautious not to overcook them.
