Recipe – 15min prep / 20min cooking time

Cut the chicken breasts into medium but long cuts.

Start by preheating a large, non-stick, deep skillet.

Put 1 tbsp olive oil in the preheated pan.

Then add the chicken breasts.

Cook until the chicken releases water and absorbs again.

Recommendation: While cooking the chickens, do not forget to stir occasionally, but not too often.

After the chicken breasts have absorbed all the water, add chopped garlic.

Then add salt, pepper, and paprika and continue stirring and frying.

After the chickens are browned, turn off the stove and keep the chickens aside.

Get a clean skillet.

Preheat it too.

Tip: Optionally, you can add 1 tsp olive oil to the skillet before adding the chickpeas.

Transfer the boiled chickpeas to this skillet.

Finally, add paprika, salt, and cumin.

Fry, stirring gently, until the chickpeas and spices combine.

Turn off the stove and keep the spicy chickpeas aside.

Now it’s time to make the tahini sauce topping, which will give this dish an excellent flavor and creamy appearance.
