  • 1 Large avocado (1 1/2 to 2 cups flesh)
  • 2 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup monk fruit granulated sweetener
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

Step 1:

Using a blender, combine the avocado, unsweetened almond milk, monk fruit sweetener, and unsweetened cocoa powder. Blend all the ingredients on medium-high until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy-like.

Step 2:

Divide your fudge popsicle mixture into the popsicle molds. Transfer your fudge popsicles to the freezer for 4 to 6 hours or until solid.
