  • 1 Large avocado (1 1/2 to 2 cups flesh)
  • 2 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup monk fruit granulated sweetener
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Step 1:

Using a blender, combine the avocado, unsweetened almond milk, monk fruit sweetener, and unsweetened cocoa powder. Blend all the ingredients on medium-high until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy-like.

Step 2:

Run them under hot water for a few seconds and remove them from the mold quickly.

And Voila!… Bon Appetit.

  • If you prefer the creamier version of this popsicle, you may use an ice cream maker and churn it for 4 to 5 minutes. Once done, you can serve it when set or transfer it to the freezer to freeze.
  • It is very important when the popsicles are ready not to let them sit at room temperature and thaw out.
