It also helps the intestines to work more efficiently.

You can add thyme or rosemary according to your taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1/3 bunch of mint
  • 1 small piece of ginger
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1 tsp. of baking soda
  • 1 liter of water

Instructions

  1. Add baking soda to the water and mix well.
  2. Wash the lemon, lime, cucumber, and mint thoroughly.
  3. Separate the mint leaves.
  4. Chop the ginger into small pieces.
  5. Transfer all the ingredients to the water and mix well.
  6. You can prepare your water in a jug or a glass bottle.

Dinner

Quinoa salad with a bit of olive oil and a bowl of grilled vegetables and greens
