To start preparation, remove the membranes on the liver.
Tip: The livers can be hard if you don’t do this step.
Take the thoroughly cleaned livers into a mixing bowl.
Add baking soda, salt, and flour.
Then mix and strain the excess flour with the help of a strainer.
Peel the potatoes and cut them the same size (cubes) as the liver.
