Ingredients
3 cups of coconut flakes
1 cup of coconut milk
1 egg white
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of grated lemon peel
A pinch of salt
For the lemon sauce
1 tablespoon of honey
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
Half a cup of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of grated lemon peel
Recipe
To prepare the lemon sauce, combine 2 eggs and egg yolks and whisk them together.
Then add lemon juice, mix well and cook in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Then, add the remaining ingredients.
Mix while cooking for 15 minutes.
