  • 3 Bananas (peeled, cut and frozen)
  • 1/2 cup of Oatmeal milk
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds (soaked for 15 mins) optional ingredient.
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar – monk fruit sugar (optional)
  • Walnuts for garnish (optional)


Step 1

Start by mixing your frozen bananas,  1/2 cup of your oatmeal milk, cinnamon powder, turmeric powder, coconut sugar or monk fruit sugar and chia seeds on high.

After about two minutes of mixing, add the rest of your oatmeal milk or more once you see the mixture is reaching ice cream consistency.

Place your banana ice cream mixture in a container and cure it in the freezer for about 12 hours.

Once ready to serve, remove the ice cream from the freezer and keep it at room temperature for about 15 minutes for easier scooping.
