- Tomatoes (3 large)
- Cucumber (1 medium)
- Onion (1 small)
- Green pepper (1 medium)

- Ice cubes (6 cubes)
- Garlic (1 clove)
- Salt to taste
- Inside part of the bread (1/2 or 1 cup)

Instructions
Chop the tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, garlic, and pepper into small pieces.
