2 cups oatmeal

5 tbsp. date fruit concentrate extract

3 tbsp. coconut oil

2 tbsp. pumpkin seeds

2 tbsp. flaxseed

3 tbsp. walnut kernels

Recipe – 10min prep / 50min baking  time

Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Thoroughly mix the oatmeal, coconut oil, cinnamon, Date fruit concentrate extract, and ginger.

Spread the blended mixture on the baking tray with the help of a spoon.

Please put it in the preheated 265 F oven.

Put olive oil in a pan.

Mix oats, large and small crushed nuts, flaxseeds, and cinnamon in a bowl.
