Keto Birthday Cake Recipe (8 Servings)
Net Carb: 8g
Total Fat: 28g
Dark Chocolate (3.6 oz)
Erythritol (1.5 tbsp)
Heavy Cream (5 fl oz)
Butter (3.5 tbsp)
Hazelnut (3.5 oz)
Almonds (10 tbsp, raw)
Recipe – 20min prep time
Bring a small saucepan.
Add heavy cream and erythritol and cook while mixing.
Chop the dark chocolate.
Tip: You don’t have to chop the dark chocolates very finely. A coarse chop will be enough as they will melt into the heavy cream anyway.
Add the butter and chopped dark chocolate to the cream and continue to cook by mixing.
Mix them all and cook until all the ingredients are melted and combined.
Recommendation: Cook over low heat until the chocolate sauce thickens.
Finally, add a pinch of salt and mix for the last time.
Keep the chocolate sauce aside.
Take the hazelnuts and raw almonds in a skillet and roast them.
Add a handful of raw pumpkin seeds if you wish.
Crush or chop the roasted nuts roughly with a knife.
Now add half of the nuts to the chocolate sauce and mix well with a wooden spoon.
