  • 1/2 red cabbage (chopped)
  • 1 medium size green apple
  • 5 walnut halves

Dressing Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt to taste

  1. Cut the red cabbage in half, finely chop half, and transfer it to a large bowl. Add some lemon juice and salt to the chopped cabbage and rub well.
  2. Slice the apples thinly and add them to the red cabbage. Crush the walnuts and add them. Mix the ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
