  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup half-and-half cream
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup monk fruit sugar sweetener
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg (plus some more to garnish dessert)


  1. In a blender, begin by blending the large eggs, half-and-half cream, heavy cream, monk fruit sweetener, and ground nutmeg. Mix the ingredients on low speed, taking care not to stop frequently, to prevent air from entering the mixture.
  2. Next, transfer and divide your mixture into a 6-cup microwave-safe bowl. Cook your keto eggnog in the microwave at 50 percent power for about 4 to 5 minutes. Stir your keto eggnog gently.
  3. Return your keto eggnog to the microwave and cook for an additional 3 to 4 minutes. Once done, stir until your keto eggnog achieves a nice and smooth texture.
  4. Serve your keto eggnog warm, or you can chill it and serve cold. Garnish each serving with a little ground nutmeg for the final touch. Bon appétit!
