  • Pickled Jalapeno (2 peppers)
  • Onion (1 small)
  • Garlic (3 cloves)
  • Tomato (2, medium-size)
  • Butter (3.5 tbsp)
  • White cheddar cheese (2 cups, shredded)
  • Your favorite spices (Pepper, chili flakes, cumin, dry thyme)
  • Salt to taste


  1. Begin by heating a large skillet.
  2. Next, preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
  3. Transfer the ground beef to the heated skillet and break it apart with a wooden spoon.
  4. Once the ground beef has absorbed its water, add the butter and sauté it well over medium heat. Then, incorporate the spices. Tip: At this stage, you can use all your favorite spices. Suitable spices for this dish include chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, black pepper, chili flakes, and oregano.
  5. Finely chop the onion, grating it if possible, and add it to the beef.
