  • Chicken Thighs (8 Thighs, without skin)
  • Cornstarch (3 tbsp)
  • Water (1/4 cup)

For Teriyaki Sauce

  • Soy Sauce (1/2 cup, low sodium)
  • Honey (1/2 cup)
  • Ginger (1 tbsp)
  • Garlic (3 cloves, minced)
  • Rice Vinegar (1/4 cup)
  • Onion (1, chopped)
  • Pepper to taste


  • Zucchini (1)
  • Broccoli (10-15 florets)
  • Carrot (1)


  1. Put all the teriyaki sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix them gently, and set them aside.
  3. Put chickens in the slow cooker, add teriyaki sauce to it and let it cook on high for 4 hours.
  4. At the end of the 4 hours, mix cornstarch and water well.
  5. Add it to the chicken.
