Ingredients

  • 1 medium size whole chicken
  • 2 medium size red onion
  • 3 carrots
  • 15 baby potatoes
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 medium lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp. paprika
  • 2 tbsp. dried thyme
  • 1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut onions into 4 equal parts, cut carrots in half.
  2. Put them on the slow cooker.
  3. Place the whole chicken on top.
  4. Add melted butter and lemon juice on.
  5. Add all the spices and cook them on low for 4 hours.
  6. At the end of the 4 hours, add baby potatoes and cook 4 more hours.
