  • Whole chicken (Medium size)
  • Red onion (2, medium)
  • Carrot (3 medium)
  • Baby potatoes (15)
  • Butter (1/2 cup, melted)
  • Lemon juice (1 medium)


  • Paprika (1 tsp)
  • Dried thyme (2 tsp)
  • Garlic powder (1/2 tsp)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Cut onions into 4 equal parts, cut carrots in half.
