Strained Greek yogurt (5 tbsp)

Walnuts (1/2 cup)

Lemon juice (1/4 lemon)

Olive oil (1 tbsp)

Fresh parsley (1 cup)

Salt to taste

Recipe – 8min cook – 15min prep time

Add the pasta and a pinch of salt to the boiling water.

Cook for 8-10 minutes according to the directions on the pasta package.
