Recommendations

You can enrich your salad with keto-friendly ingredients as you wish.

According to your taste, you can use ground turkey, ground chicken, or ground pork instead of ground beef.

We want you to know how well sour cream also would go with avocado sauce instead of plain Greek yogurt.

Then if you have sour cream instead of plain Greek yogurt, don’t hesitate to use it. You just need to know that this can slightly increase the carb ratio.

Those who don’t like Cabbage can cut this ingredient from the list. You can just use only iceberg lettuce. 1 cup of chopped iceberg lettuce will be enough.

As a suggestion, make a lot of fried ground beef and divide it into portions, and put it in freezer bags. You can freeze them for months.

So on days when you don’t have time, all that’s left is to make avocado dressing and chop some greens.

You can also use grilled chicken, grilled steak or grilled turkey instead of fried ground meats. Or, cut the meat in julienne and season as you wish and bake in the oven.
