2 eggplants

2 cups of bulgur
3 cups of hot water

2 carrots
100 grams of feta cheese
1 handful of parsley (finely chopped)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 teaspoon of salt (can be increased or decreased)

  6. Bulgur, which has drained its water. Add the grated carrots, salt, crumbled feta cheese, lemon juice and finely chopped parsley, mix well and turn off the stove.
