Tag: Gluten Free

Our gluten-free tag holds recipes and meal plans safe for celiac disease, non-celiac gluten sensitivity, and wheat allergy. Coverage includes gluten-free breads, pizzas, pastries, breakfast bowls, Turkish delight and other desserts, plus a printable 1,200-calorie gluten-free meal plan and pescatarian and vegan cross-cuts, most in the 200 to 600 kcal per serving range.

Every recipe is built and tested with certified gluten-free flours (rice, almond, buckwheat, tapioca, sorghum) and xanthan or psyllium binders, and calories and macros are calculated in Nutritionix against USDA values. We call out cross-contamination risk on shared surfaces, spice blends that carry hidden wheat, and oats that need a certified gluten-free label. Fiber can drop on a gluten-free swap, so we push a 25 to 35 g/day target through legumes, fruit, and gluten-free whole grains, and we flag iron, folate, and B-vitamin coverage where fortified wheat is removed.
