Creamy Chicken Casserole

I first tasted this Creamy Chicken Casserole at a restaurant in New Jersey. Impressed with its texture and creaminess, I decided to take my chances and ask the waiter about the preparation because achieving such delicious results from such simple ingredients surprised me.

Everything made sense when the waiter informed me that it was prepared using a slow cooker. This recipe features boneless chicken thighs coated in butter, aromatic spices, and the kick of lemon juice.
