1/14 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 large egg, lightly beaten
3/4 cup blanched almond flour
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 pound ground beef
1 tsp kosher salt
1 cup pizza sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup sliced green bell pepper or long hot peppers for a kick
1/4 cup sliced red bell peppers
1/2 cup sliced white mushrooms
1/4 cup pepperoni slices
1 medium red onion – sliced
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
Preparation: 4 servings
Place your pizza baking pan in your cold oven and turn on your oven to 425 F
For the crust, in a microwave-safe bowl combine your mozzarella cheese and butter and microwave for 1 to 2 minutes or until you see the cheese has completely melted with the butter.
Once done stir both together.
Proceed with adding the egg to the mozzarella mixture and mix using a hand whisk.

In a nonstick pan or cast-iron skillet over medium heat, add your ground meat, season with salt and pepper, and cook.
Stir continuously to avoid any meat clumps. Once the meat is browned and crumbly set aside for the next step.

Continue by sprinkling your cheese over the sauce followed by your cooked beef, olives, bell peppers/long hot pepper, red bell pepper, mushrooms, pepperoni, and red onion.
Finalize the process by adding your Italian seasoning, if desired.
Transfer your pizza to the oven and bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Then serve hot.
