Recipe – 5min prep / 10min cooking time
Shape the ground beef into a round hamburger patty size.
Place on a plate and press into the center to form a hollow.
Heat a non-stick pan, oil a little, and fry the patties on both sides.
After cooking both sides, put a cheddar slice on it.
Cover the pot, turn off the fire and let the cheese slices melt.
Remove the meatballs from the pan and let them sit.
Crack 1 egg for each burger into the same pan.
Prepare a large lettuce leaf, wash it, clean it well and dry it.

Recipe – 5min prep – 10min cooking time
Put the heavy cream in a small bowl and break the egg on it.
Then mix well.
At this stage, you will need 1 plastic bag.
Pour the egg heavy cream into the plastic bag, put the chicken pieces in it.
Shake the bag until the ingredients are well mixed.
Tip: Refrigerate chicken for at least 30 minutes, but best overnight.
Mix baking powder, tapioca flour, garlic powder, xanthan gum, salt, and all spices with almond flour.

Grate the cauliflower into a medium bowl.
Add salt and mix.

Bring a clean cloth.

Grate the pepper jack.
Spice it up with some chili flakes.
Take the parchment paper and cut it into 6 squares.
Layout the grated pepper jack in equal parts on square paper.
Tip: As you spread the shredded pepper jack on the parchment paper, try to keep them rounded, these cheeses will be the out part of the taco, so they must be round.
Bake in a 350F preheated oven for 10 minutes.
