Ingredients
- 10 large strawberries
- 5 tablespoons of milk
- 1 large egg
- Half a teacup of oatmeal
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)
Recipe
Keeping the pancake dough in the refrigerator will ensure that all the ingredients are mixed, so your pancakes will be more delicious.
- Take the oatmeal into your food processor. Run it until the oatmeal becomes a flour-like consistency.
- Break the egg into a medium-sized bowl and beat it with a wire whisk or fork until it is frothy.
- In a separate place, mash strawberries well.
- Add the oatmeal, milk, strawberries, baking soda, a few drops of lemon and olive oil on the egg and get a thick mixture.
- Finally, add the vanilla extract if you wish.
