Ingredients

  • 10 large strawberries
  • 5 tablespoons of milk
  • 1 large egg
  • Half a tea cup of oatmeal
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)

Recipe

Keeping the pancake dough in the refrigerator will ensure that all the ingredients are mixed together, so your pancakes will be more delicious.

  1. Take the oatmeal into your food processor. Run it until the oatmeal becomes a flour-like consistency.
