Ingredients
Zucchini (4, medium)
Dill (4 tbsp)
Plain Greek yogurt (4 tbsp)
Garlic (2 cloves)
Olive oil (2 tbsp)
Chili flakes, salt, and paprika to taste
Recipe
Peel the zucchini and dice them.
Add olive oil to a pan and heat it.
Add the zucchini and start sauteeing.
Add the seasonings to it.
When the chopped zucchini becomes tender, add the dill.
Put the yogurt in a bowl.
Grate the garlic and add to the yogurt.
Place one portion of sautéed zucchini on a serving plate.
Pour the garlic yogurt over it.

Briefly shred the zucchini in the food processor or grate after peeling them.
Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan.
