Ingredients
Steak (Cubed, 1 pound)
Potato (2, medium)
Green peas (1 cup, cooked)
Carrot (1, medium)
Yellow onion (1, medium)
Tomato paste (1 tbsp)
All-purpose flour (2 tbsp)
Butter (2 tbsp)
Olive oil (1 tbsp)
Paprika, salt, pepper, and thyme to taste
Recipe – 20min prep / 45 min cooking time
Start by mixing the cubed meats with 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of flour.
Bring a non-stick saucepan and preheat it.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Put the cube steaks on it and fry them.
When the meat absorbs the water they release, take it out of the pot and put it on a plate, then let it sit.
Finely chop an onion.
Fry the onions in the same nonstick pan.
Tip: At this stage, you can add a little more olive oil if needed.
Chop the carrots into small cubes.
