Ingredients
- 6 oz. ground beef
- 1 large zucchini (chopped)
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 4 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 large tomato (peeled and chopped)
- 1 tbsp. tomato paste
- 2 medium eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat a large and shallow pan.
- Add ground beef and leave it to release and absorb the water. Remember to stir the mixture occasionally while cooking.
- Add chopped onions and vegetable oil when the ground beef has absorbed the water well.
- Fry them well.
- Add tomato paste and fry some more.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Cut the zucchini in half down the middle, and then cut the halved zucchini in half lengthwise again, then chop them into 1-inch pieces.
