Toxins accumulate in the body due to the animal products you consume during the day, the water you drink and many other foods.
The most effective way to get rid of these toxins and get rid of edema is to consume plenty of vegetables and fruits.
What is The 7 Day Cleanse Diet?
What are the rules of the 7 days cleanse diet?
In the 7 day cleanse diet, the goal is to reduce the consumption of animal foods and to increase the consumption of vegetables and fruits.
You do not have to completely remove protein from your life, but some recipes should be followed to cleanse the body and accelerate fat burning.
While applying the diet, we need to stay within the framework of some rules. We can list some of them as follows:
- As with any diet, exercise is of great importance. 45 minutes of walks during the day will accelerate the fat burning.
- You need to drink at least 2 liters of water a day.
- Salt consumption causes edema retention and prevents water from being discharged from the body. That’s why you should eliminate or reduce salt as much as possible in this diet.
- It is recommended to eat 6 meals a day with prepared detox liquids. It is ideal for a detox diet to consume 6 meals a day, including 3 main meals and 3 snacks.
- One of the goals of the detox diet is to reduce edema. Therefore, it is useful to stay away from caffeinated beverages. Drinks such as coffee and green tea contain caffeine. You should not drink coffee on the detox diet.
- According to what you prefer, you can completely give up animal foods in the detox diet or leave a few in your diet. Drinking a glass of milk or kefir during the day is suitable for this diet.
- It is recommended that you focus on fruits and vegetables that contain vitamin C. Foods such as oranges, tangerines, broccoli, parsley, strawberries and kiwi are rich in vitamin C and prevent the body from losing water.
