About this collection

Our snacks section covers keto, low-carb, high-protein, gluten-free, Dukan, South Beach Phase 1, and Daniel Fast options, from 50 to 250 kcal per serving. Formats include chips, dips, roasted legumes, energy bites, guacamole, and single-serve baked treats.

Every snack is built to fit inside a daily calorie target without breaking the diet template, protein at 5 to 15 g per serving where possible, added sugar kept below 5 g unless the snack is labeled a treat. Nutrition data is calculated per serving against the Nutritionix database and USDA references. Cards flag sodium (a real issue with roasted nuts and chips), fiber, calcium, and any common allergens present.

Snack recipes are developed and tested by our Food Editor Damla Sengul in our Wayne, NJ kitchen. Diet calibration is reviewed by our Registered Dietitians Brenda Peralta, Kerly Cordova, Marita Radloff, or Karolina Peterova, and medically reviewed by Franco Cuevas, MD. If a macro on a snack card looks off, tell us at social@dietsmealplan.com.
