The Diets Meal Plan recipe library holds every dish our family kitchen has tested and published – Turkish home cooking from Damla Sengul (Hatay, Turkiye), Latin American recipes from Andrea, sixty years of Ecuadorian tradition from Mirian Montalvo, and a growing collection of diet-focused recreations of the meals people actually want to eat. Instead of asking readers to give up their favorite foods, we rebuild them: pancakes, pasta, brownies, biryani, empanadas – substituted, tested, filmed, and published only when the healthy version tastes as good as the original. On average a recipe takes three attempts before it passes our family taste-test.

Every recipe on this page carries per-serving nutrition calculated from the exact quantities used, cross-referenced against the Nutritionix database and USDA Dietary Reference Intakes. Recipes tied to a medical condition – diabetic, cardiac, low-sodium, gluten-free – are reviewed by a Registered Dietitian on our team (Brenda Peralta, Kerly Cordova, Marita Radloff, or Karolina Peterova) and, where clinical guidance applies, by Franco Cuevas, MD.

Browse by mealtime (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, dessert), by diet (keto, vegan, vegetarian, Mediterranean, high-protein, low-carb), or by cuisine (Turkish, Mexican, Italian, Brazilian). Every card is printable, every ingredient is a normal grocery-store item, and every recipe has been cooked in our own kitchen in Wayne, New Jersey. If a recipe here doesn’t work in yours, tell us at social@dietsmealplan.com and we will re-test it.
