First, preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease a rectangular baking tray with olive oil. Place the chicken drumsticks in the baking dish and rub both sides with the spices above. In a medium bowl, combine diced apples and potatoes. Combine raisins, garlic and orange peels. Pour this mixture over the chickens.

Pour the orange juice over the chickens, put the tray in the oven, and cook them for 25 minutes. Then, remove the tray from the oven, sprinkle with the remaining spices, and cook them for another 5 minutes.
