450 grams of minced turkey,

3 cups of grated cauliflower (4 medium zucchini),

1 cup of water + 3 tablespoons of coconut flour,

½ cup of gluten-free flour,

3 eggs


First, preheat the oven to 175 degrees. While the oven is heating up, wash and grate the zucchini. Squeeze the juice from the zucchini and then place them in a medium bowl. Add coconut flour, gluten-free flour, and eggs. Mix until all ingredients are blended. Spread baking paper on a baking tray.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

4 boneless and skinless chicken legs,

½ teaspoon of cinnamon,

½ teaspoon ground fennel,

¼ teaspoon of black pepper,

1.5 teaspoons of rock salt,

½ teaspoon of cumin,

1 large apple, chopped

1 medium potato, diced,

¼ cup of raisins,

3 cloves of garlic, minced,

Juice and peels of 1 orange


First, preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease a rectangular baking tray with olive oil. Place the chicken drumsticks in the baking dish and rub both sides with the spices above. In a medium bowl, combine diced apples and potatoes. Combine raisins, garlic and orange peels. Pour this mixture over the chickens.

Pour the orange juice over the chickens, put the tray in the oven and cook the chickens for 25 minutes. Then take it out of the oven, sprinkle the remaining spices and cook in the oven for another 5 minutes.
