Category: 7 Day Meal Plans

A seven-day meal plan is what most people can actually commit to before deciding whether an approach is working. This section holds every 7-day plan we have published: keto, Mediterranean, diabetic, DASH, high-protein, low-carb, paleo, vegetarian, vegan, and calorie-targeted plans from 1,200 to 2,500 kcal per day. Each plan gives seven days of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, balanced to the calorie and macro targets stated on the title, and built around recipes tested in our kitchen.

Every plan is printable as a shopping-list-ready PDF. Nutrition is calculated per meal from the exact recipes referenced, cross-checked against the Nutritionix database and USDA Dietary Reference Intakes. Condition-specific plans (diabetes, PCOS, high cholesterol, pregnancy, postpartum) are written or reviewed by a Registered Dietitian on our team – Brenda Peralta, Kerly Cordova, or Marita Radloff – and medically reviewed by Franco Cuevas, MD. General weight-loss and lifestyle plans are developed and tested by our Food Editor Damla Sengul with nutrition team review.

The point of a 7-day plan isn’t a seven-day transformation – it’s proof of concept: real recipes, real prep time, real portions, so you find out whether an approach fits your kitchen and your body before you commit to a longer plan. If a week doesn’t work for you, our 14-day, 21-day, and 30-day plans build on the same recipes. If it does, you’ll find full-length variants in the parent Meal Plan section.
