Our AIP (Autoimmune Protocol) section covers the strict elimination phase of the paleo-based protocol used to calm autoimmune flares, plus structured reintroduction. Coverage includes a 7-day AIP menu, a 151-food AIP food list PDF, AIP snacks, an AIP-keto hybrid, a vegan AIP adaptation, and Paleo Autoimmune Protocol background reading.

Menus are built in Nutritionix with USDA references and hold to AIP eliminations across grains, legumes, dairy, eggs, nuts, seeds, nightshades, and processed additives; reintroduction posts follow a one-food-every-5-to-7-days schedule with symptom tracking. Protein sits at 1.0 to 1.4 g/kg body weight from wild-caught fish, poultry, and slow-cooked cuts; we push organ meat once a week for vitamin A, folate, and B12, and flag calcium (bone-in fish, leafy greens), omega-3, and iodine as the nutrients most at risk during elimination.

AIP is a therapeutic protocol, so every plan is written or reviewed by a Registered Dietitian on our team, Brenda Peralta, Kerly Cordova, Marita Radloff, or Karolina Peterova, and medically reviewed by Franco Cuevas, MD. Recipes are tested in our Wayne, NJ kitchen by Food Editor Damla Sengul. Report issues at social@dietsmealplan.com.
