About this collection

Our liquid diet section covers full liquid, clear liquid, bariatric post-op stages, smoothie-only plans, and short medically monitored water fasts. Includes a printable full-liquid menu list, a 30-day water-fast breakdown, and a 21-day smoothie diet.

Liquid plans typically sit between 800 and 1,500 kcal per day, protein maintained at or above 60 g per day using whey or plant protein, Greek yogurt, kefir, and blended legumes, hydration kept above 2 liters, electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium) tracked daily on longer protocols. Nutrition data is calculated per serving against the Nutritionix database and USDA references. Cards flag added sugar, fiber (naturally low), and any micronutrients likely to fall short.

Liquid diet content is written or reviewed by a Registered Dietitian on our team, Brenda Peralta, Kerly Cordova, Marita Radloff, or Karolina Peterova, and medically reviewed by Franco Cuevas, MD. Extended or post-surgical liquid plans should always be cleared with your own care team first. Corrections go to social@dietsmealplan.com.
