Instructions
Take the oatmeal into your food processor. Run it until the oatmeal becomes a flour-like consistency.
Break the egg into a medium-sized bowl and beat it with a wire whisk or fork until frothy.
In a separate place, mash strawberries well.
Add the oatmeal, milk, strawberries, baking soda, a few drops of lemon and olive oil to the egg and get a thick mixture.
Finally, add the vanilla extract if you wish.
Cover it and leave it in the fridge for at least 15 minutes, 1 hour if you have time.
Lightly grease your pan with olive oil and heat it.
Pour the mixture you have kept in the refrigerator into your pan with the help of a spoon.
Cook until it is browned.
Repeat the process until the mixture is finished.
