1/2 preferred sugar substitute – in this recipe, I use Monkfruit sugar
1/3cupof cocoa powder
1tsp.vanilla extract
1/4tsp.baking powder
1/2cupalmond flour
1/2in-room temperature butter
1cupwalnuts
Instructions
Start by preheating your oven to 350°F. Grease your metal or glass container with butter. If you don’t have any oil, you can use parchment paper; both will work for your 8-inch pan.
Mix all the dry ingredients in a separate container first: cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and monk fruit sugar. Make sure to combine them thoroughly. A good tip is to sift your dry ingredients; you'll notice the difference in the end product!
Once the mixture is ready, add the eggs, vanilla extract, and butter. You'll know it's ready when you don’t see any clumps or dry ingredients in your container. This should take roughly 5 minutes or less. You can use a spatula or a hand mixer, but I find a spatula works better and means fewer dishes to clean!
Now, this yummy mixture is ready to be spread evenly into your pan and can be placed to bake in your oven for about 20 minutes, depending on what kind of brownie lover you are. We don’t judge whether you like them gooey on the inside or with a firm texture.

Notes
If you prefer them firm, you'll be happy to know that storing them in the refrigerator will make them firmer and they will last up to 7 days if well-wrapped. The choice is yours!
