A 4,000-calorie shake built from real food, no protein powders, no mass gainers, no supplements. Just bananas, peanut butter, dried apricots, almonds, milk, cream, and coconut oil.
Drink across 2 or 3 servings during the day. A single glass is calorie-dense.
Best for hardgainers on a dirty bulk, athletes consuming 4,000+ calories per day, or anyone gaining weight under nutritionist supervision.
Chop the dried apricots into small cubes and add them to a high-powered blender.
Add the raw almonds.
Add the peanut butter.
Cut the bananas, then add them to the blender.
Pour in the milk.
Add the cream.
Pour in the coconut oil.
Blend on high for 60–90 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Pour into 2 or 3 glasses and drink throughout the day.

Notes
Drink the shake the same day you make it. Vitamins and minerals degrade quickly once blended.
Bananas oxidize fast, so the shake will turn brown if it sits for a few hours. The color change is harmless but the drink looks unappetizing once it darkens. Don't keep it longer than one day.
