We cut out all the ingredients that might threaten your keto diet for this recipe, which originally included other ingredients like beans.
It’s now totally keto-friendly and still tastes heavenly. Maybe even a unique opportunity for those who don’t like beans anyway. Best of all, it only contains 3g of carbohydrates.
In addition to all these good sides, this recipe is very generous in providing you with lots of protein support and is also an expert in keeping you full for a long time.
Transfer the ground beef to the heated skillet and break it apart with a wooden spoon.
Once the ground beef has absorbed its water, add the butter and sauté it well over medium heat. Then, incorporate the spices. Tip: At this stage, you can use all your favorite spices. Suitable spices for this dish include chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, black pepper, chili flakes, and oregano.
Finely chop the onion, grating it if possible, and add it to the beef.
Grate and add the garlic cloves as well. Alternatively, you can use garlic powder.
Increase the heat and continue to cook, stirring thoroughly.
Proceed by peeling 2 medium tomatoes.
Dice the tomatoes and add them to the ground beef. Stir and cook briefly.
Finally, add the salt and turn off the heat.
Transfer the ground beef mixture to a rectangular baking tray and spread it evenly.
Slice pickled jalapeño peppers and arrange them over the beef.
Top with shredded cheese as the final layer.
Place it in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
And that’s it.

Notes
Keep the stove on high heat initially, but as soon as the meat begins to release water, lower the heat. Continue cooking on low heat, stirring occasionally, until the water is fully absorbed.
